RETURN POLICY
Return for damaged or defective product(s)
If you find your product to have been damaged during shipping or defectively manufactured, you may request a return authorization number from us to return the damaged or defective product. All returns must be pre authorized within 7 business days of your receipt of goods determined by the shipping documents. Any request to return goods damaged during shipping after 7 business days will not be considered. Include the followings with your pre authorized return item(s):
- authorization number for returned goods,
- original receipt,
- damaged or defected product, and
- reason for return in writing.
Return of incorrect product(s)
If you receive a product that you did not order due to error on the part of website owner, you may return the incorrect product to us for exchange or store credit.
